Shipping on UZO website is free for all orders.

Your order will be delivered by UPS courier directly to you address.

When will my order be shipped?

It typically takes 1-2 days for a seller to ship your order, although the exact shipment and delivery times will vary. If the seller does not dispatch the order within 10 calendar days, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the funds will be refunded within 14 calendar days.

After the shipment is sent, it takes 15-30 days for the shipment to be delivered to you. But if it's been more than 30 days and none of this happened, make sure to let our support team know (support@uzo.com)— they'll sort it out on the spot.

Will my orders be shipped together?

Merchants often operate from diverse locations, meaning that despite making payment for multiple items all at once, each item is likely to be dispatched individually.

Nevertheless, certain exceptions exist:

• Buying multiple items from one merchant could mean they'll all be packed together • Should you order a variety of items from several merchants in a brief span of time, these packages may be merged at our warehouse, that is, they might be put into one large parcel and shipped collectively

The more items you purchase simultaneously, the higher the possibility of package consolidation. However, it's difficult to ascertain this prior to shipping. If consolidation does occur, these orders will appear under a single tracking number in your order history.

One of the orders is missing from a consolidated parcel! What should I do?

In case you notice that an order, which was expected in a consolidated shipment, is not included, it's essential to reach out to our customer service team.
