Right to Withdraw from the Contract

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days from the date you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically receive the goods. This right applies to the purchase contract concluded between you and the specific seller.

The exercise of the right takes place directly with the seller. UZO provides support within its protection program and facilitates communication with the seller.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Using this right is entirely at your discretion – if you decide to withdraw, you (the consumer) bear the costs of returning the goods, as stipulated by EU legal regulations.

How to proceed with withdrawal

  • Contact our customer support at support@uzo.com or the seller directly within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
  • You must send the goods back to the seller within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.
  • You bear the return costs (consumer), unless explicitly stated otherwise for the product.
  • If you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality, you may be liable for the reduced value of the goods.

Important: Do not send goods back to UZO unless explicitly requested by the seller.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to measure or personalized,
  • goods subject to rapid deterioration or with a short shelf life,
  • goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene protection reasons,
  • goods that have been inseparably mixed with others after delivery,
  • opened sound or video recordings and computer software,
  • newspapers, magazines and periodicals (except subscription contracts).

The refunded amount will be transferred through PSP to the card you used for the purchase. In case of exceptions (e.g., technical inability to process refund using the same payment method or card expiry), you will be asked to provide another card or PayPal account details to proceed with the refund.
